Also known as Co-Hosting, this service is for those owners who want to handle the boots on the ground. With a potential reach of over 32 million visitors spanning more than 40 booking sites including Airbnb, VRBO, Google Vacation Rentals, Expedia, Tripadvisor and many more, those are a lot of possible guests for your vacation rental! We get your home booked for the season and the owner handles the rest. Any guest questions or instructions at the time of booking we handle. We provide support for the guest up to the point of arrival, they will receive your home instructions, access information and contacts should they have any questions during their stay, you handle the rest. Worried about those one-offs? Not an issue we have ala carte services that we can provide including housekeeping and property visits, this way you can still go on vacation not having to worry about who will cover my vacation rental.
